Shear Identification

Determining the beginning of a new shear can be complex because of the varying logic among the components of the longwall system.  inxplr™ incorporates the shear start logic from each component into a coherent picture that connects shear sequences with chainage.

Overlay of engineering and geological data

Valuable insights into longwall performance can be gained by associating the location of the shearer in the panel with engineering data provided by the shearer, shields and face conveyor. inxplr™ automatically links all engineering data with position in the panel, making it possible to assess the influence of geological factors on performance of the longwall.

Contour generation

Some types of engineering data such as leg pressure of the shields is directly influenced by strata conditions.  inxplr™ incorporates contour generation functions to identify areas of the panel which are associated with particular value ranges.
